A few months ago, a good friend of mine, and part-time investor/landlord used this quote to drive a point home to me. We were talking about wholesaling, and I said that I need to have a buyers list in order to get started and make some money. He told me that investors are EVERYWHERE, in a dark secret society, looking for reasons to come out into the light. The irresistible deal draws them. I have now built a buyers list that I can use going forward. It all started building the irresistible deal though. Price to sell, and try to over calculate repair costs if you don’t know for sure.
