I would ask an agent about their background and if they’re an investor or if they work with investors. You want to work with an investor-friendly agent who knows what investors look for and the agent should be comfortable submitting low offers and negotiating on multiple properties at once. Ask other wholesalers or investors which agents they have worked well with too and see if you can get a referral. I would pitch yourself as an investor and give them some information on your background, your goals and what’s in it for them.
