That is part to my point of the businesses being different. Your job is to give comparable information to list the house and then maybe it will sell or maybe not. My job is to get the best price that I can and then the house will definitely sell. I believe that home owners are tired of the traditional sale because it is mentally exhausting and the seller and the buyer usually walk away pissed after the transaction. There is always something wrong on the inspection that the seller has to fix. The buyers financing always has issues. The appraisal usually will come in short and the seller has to lower his price.
