If you go into a contract with a minor, you’d better trust the minor, because they have maybe the easiest ‘out’ there is. I will be honest, I have assigned properties before and hated the whole process (showings, tenants, etc.). How many deals have they done over the last year? Is Wholesaling Illegal?
