LLC B is going to sell to buyer in month or 2 and wants money out up front for the rehab (say $8K). At closing LLC A gets $10k and seller gets their $50k. LLC B then pays LLC A $8k keeping only $2k is this legal in Ohio/other states do you think? It especially works great when the real estate market is climbing.
