I just believe that the strategy of “Assigning Contracts” is a GRAY Area. I enjoy working in Black & White. I know that you you can assign 1 contract and be ok, or 10 contracts and be great, or 50 and do well. But if you plan to be a Legitimate Wholesaler for the next 5 years or 10 or 20 years, and base your entire business model around this strategy . . .
