RE Options are nothing like land contracts, in a land contract you are obligated to buy. In an option you have the option of purchasing at a preset price. Not well written. I had my doubts considering it was from a "TV personality" but I gave it a shot. I wish I hadn't. It's not good material. The chapters are short. It's nowhere close to the "fastest, easiest way to get started" simply because it doesn't give you actionable things to do.
