I believe that home owners are tired of the traditional sale because it is mentally exhausting and the seller and the buyer usually walk away pissed after the transaction. There is always something wrong on the inspection that the seller has to fix. The buyers financing always has issues. The appraisal usually will come in short and the seller has to lower his price.
