Wholesale The best places to find deals to wholesale are the areas of town your end-buyers (cash buyers preferably) prefer. Ask the serious cash buyers where they want investment houses and focus on those areas. It’s really as simple as that. Don’t assume you know where people want deals. Typically, the best places are older, working class neighborhoods where more deals can be easily found. Newer, nicer neighborhoods are a lot harder to find good deals in.
