First we are license Realtors so we can recommend listing the property for them so they can receive top dollar for their home. This is why I strongly recommend getting a license. Secondly if you’re not a Realtor you can refer the seller to a Realtor, this will help you build rapport with the Realtor and he/she will then refer clients to you that are motivated and have urgency.
