Great questions Paul, this inspection period is not a formal inspection where you have an inspector to come out. This is basically you’re doing a walk-through taking pictures of the property and estimating the repair amount to get the property to turn key status. I buy from wholesalers. Frankly, I want them to make enough profit to keep them in business so they keep feeding me deals. I appreciate the value they bring to my business. If they bring me a deal that provides value to me and they make a big profit, more power to them. The amount of profit they make on a deal is none of my business.
