Hi Laura – in my experience, as long as the original Purchase Agreement has an Assignment clause in it (which gives the buyer permission to assign the contract), the only other form you’ll have to complete (with the end buyer) is the Assignment Agreement (which should state whatever fee the wholesaler is being paid).
