It is important to properly manage the expectations of everyone involved. We purchase contracts on assignment frequently. The fact here is that you are not selling a property. You are selling a contract. You are marketing a contract to buy discounted real estate, not marketing a property you don’t own. The asset involved in the transaction, whether real estate or a banana, will need to be inspected by the individual or entity that plans to use it as a basis for the value of your contract. If you manage the transaction this way, you will not have these problems.
