Getting good leads are tough. 5 months at it and still trying to break through. Marrketing, marketing, marketing is key. Building endurance is the second key. You are going to hit obstacles, get frustrated and want to give up. Actually, I have gotten to the point where I am starting to love the chase. If you don’t love chasing the deal, you won’t last.
